Terms and Conditions

If there are differences in interpretation between language versions, the German version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

1. Provider and Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded via the online shop as well as to workshop and service work provided by:

These Terms and Conditions apply to both consumers and business customers.

2. Subject of the Contract

MINIPARTS24 operates an online shop for vehicle spare parts and a workshop for maintenance, repair, and overhaul of vehicles, particularly MINI vehicles.

The contract may include:

  • sale of vehicle spare parts and accessories
  • sale of used or refurbished parts
  • workshop and repair services
  • diagnostics and programming services

3. Conclusion of Contract in the Online Shop

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.

By clicking the “Buy now” button, the buyer places a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart.

The purchase contract is concluded once we confirm the order or ship the goods.

The contract language is German.

4. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices include the statutory value added tax (VAT).

Shipping costs may be added to the product prices. These will be displayed separately during the ordering process.

5. Delivery

Shipping is generally carried out via the following carriers:

  • DHL / Deutsche Post
  • Raben freight forwarding

The delivery time is usually 1–3 working days within Germany unless otherwise specified in the product description.

The goods remain the property of MINIPARTS24 until full payment has been received.

6. Payment Terms

The following payment methods are available in the online shop:

  • PayPal
  • iDEAL
  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard)
  • Bank transfer (prepayment)

The purchase price is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.

7. Workshop and Repair Services

Workshop orders are concluded by making an appointment or by handing over the vehicle.

Cost estimates are non-binding unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

Additional work that becomes necessary during the repair and was not foreseeable beforehand may be carried out if required for proper repair.

The customer is obliged to collect the vehicle promptly after completion of the work.

If the vehicle is not collected despite notification, storage fees may be charged.

8. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply.

For used spare parts the warranty period is 12 months.

Warranty claims require professional installation of the parts and proof of installation by a qualified workshop.

Warranty does not apply in particular if:

  • installation errors occurred
  • parts were opened or modified
  • parts were used improperly
  • installation was not carried out professionally

9. Installation of Customer-Supplied Parts

If parts supplied by the customer are installed, MINIPARTS24 assumes no warranty for the functionality, compatibility, or durability of these parts.

10. Removal and Installation Costs

Warranty claims generally do not cover removal or installation costs, transport costs, or consequential damages.

11. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to specially programmed or coded parts or to electrical components if the security seal has been broken.

Further information about the right of withdrawal and a model withdrawal form can be found on the page “Right of Withdrawal”.

12. Liability

MINIPARTS24 shall be liable without limitation in cases of intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body, or health.

In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract.

13. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution:

https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/

We are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

14. Final Provisions

German law shall apply to all contracts, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
