Is your MINI no longer roadworthy, or are you unable to bring it to our workshop in Schüttorf yourself? With our collection and delivery service, we organise transport from the requested location directly to Miniparts24.
Once the work has been completed, we can also return your MINI if required. Collection is available within Germany and, following an individual assessment, from other European countries.
How our collection and delivery service works
1. Submit a workshop request
Describe the required work in our workshop request form and tell us that you would like to use the collection and delivery service. Please have the complete vehicle identification number and collection address ready.
2. Describe the vehicle’s condition
If your MINI is not roadworthy, please tell us whether it can still roll, steer and brake and whether the location is accessible to a transport vehicle.
3. Arrange collection
We review your information and agree the possible collection date and estimated transport price with you. Collection only takes place after it has been confirmed by us.
4. Repair and return transport
After collection, your MINI is handled in our workshop. Once the work has been completed, you can collect it yourself or arrange separate return transport.
How much does transport cost?
We charge 1,90 € gross per kilometre of the one-way distance. This price includes 19% German VAT.
- Distance: We calculate the one-way journey between Miniparts24 in Schüttorf and the collection or destination address.
- Call-out charge: For a one-way distance of less than 100 km, a fixed charge of 60 € gross is added.
- Return transport: If we return your MINI after the repair, this journey is calculated separately.
- Final price: The calculator initially provides a non-binding estimate. We confirm the final transport price after reviewing your workshop request.
