Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement, for example by letter or email.

You may use the model withdrawal form at the bottom of this page or the return option in your customer account. However, the use of the model withdrawal form is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery. This does not include any supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal from this contract.
We will use the same means of payment for the reimbursement as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.
Return of the goods
You must send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract.
The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Diminished value of the goods
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling the goods in a way that is not necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Information on electronic components
Electronic items such as control units, sensors, actuators, operating controls and infotainment, comfort and vehicle electronics are not excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal solely because they are electronic components.
Please check electronic components before installation, connection or use by verifying the part number, vehicle compatibility, connections and externally visible condition of the component.
If electronic components are installed, electrically connected, coded, programmed or otherwise put into operation, this may go beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item.
If this results in a loss in value, you will be liable for that diminished value. This applies in particular where there are signs of installation, electrical connection, coding, programming or damage, or where changes have been made that prevent the item from being resold in its original condition.
The amount of any compensation for diminished value will depend on the actual loss in value and the condition in which the item is returned.
We do not offer a voluntary exchange or voluntary return of electronic components beyond the statutory right of withdrawal. Your statutory right of withdrawal and your statutory rights in respect of defects remain unaffected.
Exclusion or early expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual choice or decision by you is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to your personal requirements.
This may apply in particular to electronic components that have been individually modified, programmed or coded at your express request, or permanently assigned to a specific vehicle identification number or vehicle, provided that the item is therefore no longer unchanged, prefabricated standard goods.
A simple compatibility check or vehicle assignment without any individual modification of the item does not automatically result in the exclusion of the right of withdrawal.
The right of withdrawal also does not apply to contracts for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if the seal has been removed after delivery.
Services and software optimisation
In the case of services, such as software optimisation, your right of withdrawal expires early if we have fully performed the agreed service and we only began performing the service after you expressly agreed that we could begin before the end of the withdrawal period. You must also have acknowledged that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed.
If you expressly request that we begin providing a service during the withdrawal period and you subsequently withdraw from the contract before the service has been fully performed, you must pay us a reasonable amount for the services provided up to the time of withdrawal.
The amount payable will be proportionate to the services already provided in relation to the total scope of the service agreed under the contract.
