We want to make sure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. However, if you change your mind or are not satisfied with your order, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
Withdrawal period: The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.
How to exercise your right of withdrawal: To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Miniparts24) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email or letter). You may also use the return option in your customer account. The use of the model withdrawal form is not mandatory.
Effects of withdrawal: If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
Return of goods: You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Diminished value: You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion or early expiry of the right of withdrawal: The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to customer specifications or clearly personalized.
The right of withdrawal also expires for sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to reasons of health protection or hygiene if the seal has been removed after delivery.
For services (e.g. software optimization), the right of withdrawal expires prematurely if we have fully performed the service after you have expressly agreed that we begin with the performance before the end of the withdrawal period and you have acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed.
If you request that we begin providing a service during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been performed until the moment you informed us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, compared to the full coverage of the contract.
