For shorter maintenance and repair work, you can spend the waiting time directly at our premises in Schüttorf. Two waiting areas are available, offering comfortable seating, free Wi-Fi, coffee and tea.
Whether waiting during your appointment is practical depends on the work being carried out. Please indicate in your workshop request if you would like to remain with us while the work is completed.
Ground-floor waiting area
The ground-floor waiting area is located close to our workshop reception and is particularly suitable for shorter stays.

Not every diagnosis or repair can be assigned an exact waiting time in advance. Additional findings or further repairs may arise once work has begun. When arranging your appointment, we will therefore give you the most realistic possible indication of whether you can wait for your MINI.
For extensive repairs, engine or gearbox overhauls and workshop visits lasting several days, a replacement car or our collection and delivery service will usually be the more practical option.
