Miniparts24 specialises in BMW MINI models built from 2000 onwards. At our site in Schüttorf, we combine a parts business, a specialist workshop, engine and gearbox work and technical advice. We are currently looking to add one full-time employee to our team.
We are currently filling one additional full-time position in total. Whether this position is filled in service reception or in the workshop will depend on the most suitable candidate profile. We are therefore advertising both roles at the same time. Once we have reached an agreement with a suitable candidate for one of the two areas, the other vacancy will be closed.
Important: Fluent spoken and written German is required for both roles. Internal communication, customer contact, workshop orders and documentation are primarily in German. Dutch or English is an advantage, but it does not replace this requirement.

Service adviser / service reception employee (m/f/d)
In service reception, you will be the link between our customers, the workshop, the parts department and management. You will record enquiries in a structured manner, prepare workshop orders and ensure that all required customer and vehicle information is complete.
Your responsibilities
- Handling customer enquiries by telephone, WhatsApp, social media and email
- Recording and maintaining customer, vehicle and contact details
- Preparing and creating workshop orders
- Coordinating and confirming workshop appointments
- Checking and recording requirements for a replacement car
- Requesting missing information and carrying out necessary follow-ups
- Informing customers about procedures, outstanding questions and next steps
- Using Partslink24 for vehicle and parts information
- Passing technical and organisational questions to the workshop, parts department or management in a structured manner
Your profile
A professional background in the automotive sector is ideal, for example as a vehicle technician, service adviser, parts adviser or in a comparable role. This position is also suitable for experienced automotive specialists who want to move away from permanently physical workshop work into an organisational and customer-facing role.

Vehicle technician (m/f/d)
In our specialist workshop, you will work on BMW MINI models built from 2000 onwards. The range of work extends from maintenance and fault diagnosis to more extensive repairs on engines, drivetrains and suspension. The work you perform will depend on your experience and will be expanded step by step during your induction.
Your responsibilities
- Maintenance, inspection and repair work on BMW MINI vehicles
- Fault diagnosis on mechanical and electronic systems
- Inspecting brakes, suspension, steering, engines and drivetrains
- Removing and installing assemblies and replacement parts
- Depending on your experience, assisting with engine, gearbox and more extensive overhaul work
- Documenting identified faults and completed work
- Coordinating technical questions with service reception, the parts department and workshop management
- Carrying out final checks and road tests as required for the relevant work
Your profile
- Completed vocational training as a vehicle technician, motor mechanic or a comparable qualification
- Practical professional experience in maintenance, diagnostics or vehicle repair
- Fluent spoken and written German
- Independent, careful and solution-oriented way of working
- Confident and safe use of tools and basic diagnostic equipment
- Experience with BMW or MINI and engine or drivetrain work is an advantage
- Willingness to become familiar with our vehicles, systems and work processes
- Category B driving licence
