Multiple messages about the same issue via contact form, WhatsApp, email or social media often mean we have to double-check the same case. That takes time – and can actually slow things down for you and for other customers. If you’ve already contacted us, that’s absolutely enough – we’ll get back to you as soon as it’s your turn.

Opening hours & response times

During the following hours our team is usually on site – in the workshop, warehouse and office:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:30 am–12:00 pm and 1:00 pm–5:00 pm
  • Saturday: 9:00 am–1:00 pm (sales only, workshop closed)

Outside these hours, replies may take a bit longer. In most cases, we’ll get back to you on the next working day.
