Many people know us as a specialist in spare parts.
What many don’t realise: Our main business has long been the workshop.
Service and inspection are among the most important tasks with a MINI – whether it’s an R50, R53, R56, F-series or JCW. If you skimp here or wait too long, you will pay double later.
What does “service” actually mean to us?
A service is not a quick oil change with a display reset.
Depending on the model and mileage, we check, among other things:
- Engine oil and oil filter
- Air and cabin air filters
- Braking system
- Chassis and axle components
- Cooling and auxiliary units
- Leaks
- Diagnosis of typical MINI weaknesses
Especially with older models like the R53 or R56, we pay particular attention to known problem areas – not just what the on-board computer says.
Why regular inspection is crucial
Many engine failures do not occur suddenly.
They announce themselves – by small signs:
- Uneven walking
- Increased oil consumption
- Playing in the chassis
- Sweaty seals
- First sounds under load
A clean inspection saves four-figure repairs in the long run.
MINI is not a “normal” small car
MINI has quirks in its design.
If you only go through the standard checklists, you will overlook typical weaknesses.
We work on MINIs every day – from simple servicing to engine overhauls. This knowledge comes back to every inspection.
Who is our service for?
- MINI drivers who want to keep their car for the long term
- Vehicles with higher mileage
- Performance models (Cooper S / JCW)
- Vehicles for sale or longer journey
