We are looking for support in the service reception area

Do you have experience in the automotive sector, are you good with customers, and would you prefer not to work in a garage full-time any longer? If so, this role might be just right for you.

Miniparts24 specialises in BMW MINIs manufactured from 2000 onwards. As well as spare parts, we also offer workshop services, repairs and technical advice on all things MINI.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a reliable member of staff to support our service reception and customer service teams.

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will act as a key link between customers, the workshop, the parts department and management.

Your responsibilities will include, amongst other things:

  • Handling customer enquiries via telephone, WhatsApp, social media and email
  • Recording of customer and vehicle details
  • Preparation and creation of workshop orders
  • Arranging and confirming appointments
  • Checking the need for replacement vehicles
  • Requesting missing information from the customer
  • Carrying out follow-ups
  • Informing customers about procedures and next steps
  • Using Partslink24 for parts and vehicle information
  • Structured forwarding of relevant enquiries to the workshop, parts department or management

Your profile

A background in the automotive sector is ideal, for example as an automotive mechatronics technician, service adviser, parts adviser or in a similar role.

The role is also suitable for someone who no longer wishes to, or is unable to, work in the workshop on a permanent basis, but who still wants to work in a technical capacity with vehicles, technology and customers.

What matters to us is:

  • Very good spoken and written German
  • Friendly and professional customer service
  • Using the telephone, email and digital communication channels safely
  • A basic understanding of automotive technology
  • Ideally, experience with BMW or MINI
  • Experience with Partslink24 or a willingness to learn the system
  • A structured and reliable approach to work
  • Clear documentation

Knowledge of Dutch or English is an advantage, but not a requirement.

We offer

  • Permanent full-time position
  • 40 hours a week
  • Fixed salary
  • A varied role centred on BMW MINI
  • A technical working environment with direct practical relevance
  • Short lines of communication within a specialist team
  • Thorough induction into our processes and systems

Sounds interesting?

In that case, we look forward to receiving your application.
